Easy to install and great price for two cartridges!Works great on our printer. Package was sealed so no toner leakage like I’ve experienced in the past with other brands.

As stated, the TN850 Toner Cartridge was completely compatible with my Brother HL-5200DW printer. I installed it today December 10, 2023. I also printed an item to compare with previous printed items using the original toner cartridge. There were no discrepancies. Typically, I keep track of how many pages are printed to determine whether the toner prints 8000 pages. My original has always done so. I will keep track of my printing to see whether this new toner will print 8000, as stated. So far, so good! The photo provided indicates that both toners are of equal dimensions. The cartridge with the orange cover is the new one remaining in the 2 pack carton.

I have order this set of toner cartridges twice, thinking that the first time that cartridge sensors failed was a fluke. However, I have had trouble getting the cartridges to work. In each case I receive an error message saying that a toner cartridge is not installed. Unfortunately, all of the cartridges must be installed and the sensors activated to print, even it the print is only black. I have had to go to a retail store to replace a single, full, malfunctioning cartridge to get the machine working again.
