I chose this particular cake carrier because it’s height is much lower than most. I didn’t need one that could take a three layer masterpiece, when my usual offerings are cheesecake or pie! My basic need is to make sure it gets to it’s destination without coating my car/passengers or the inside of the carrier with my delicious fayre. It has a cutting guide on the base, which can be flipped over to take crisps/crudités etc. I also use it as a cover on the table- to keep Tiddles off your nibbles! Can be washed in the dishwasher & seems sturdy so far.

Ideal to keep cakes and other food covered or to transport. Not as airtight as a tine, but better than an open try. Very good value.

This food transporter box is very sturdy and well made , when using the sectional compartment the box is totally sealed and airtight, on using the cake compartment this is not the case , there is a noticeable gap so cakes will not be airtight when kept in this box. It's a clever idea to be able to flip the base but the cake side of the base could have done with being as deep as the sectional side then it would be airtight, for me personally it's a small issue as cakes never last long in my household and I will probably use the sectional side for sandwiches more than the cake side , this box is still very good value for money and I definitely recommend it , I'm yet to transport anything but if I encounter any issues I'll update my review.

Wanted this for our Christmas cake. It is very well-designed. The side latches drop into the holes on each side, simply push them down and they lock in place. No risk at all of a cake falling out. Perfect.

Really good cake carrier. The mrs made a huge Vicky sponge and it worked a treat for me taking the cake to work. Highly recommend it.

Bought this for the days my family bake cakes as didn't have a cake tin. It is even better in that it is sturdy, keeps food fresh and you can use it to transport. Also hadn't realised that it has the other side on the base that can be used for savouries etc so will be doing that in the future too.

Good size cake carrier. Clips seem pretty sturdy. It's not exactly air tight.

Tout simplement parfait pour transporter mes tartes ou quiches quand je vais chez des amis. Le couvercle s emboîte très bien et pas de danger qu il se décroche. Je ne regrette absolument pas cet achat

La dimensione è adeguata per la maggior parte dei piatti standard e l’altezza permette di coprire anche porzioni più abbondanti senza problemi. Il manico superiore è pratico e facilita la presa, la chiusura sembra stabile e ben progettata.
