Reliable, High-Quality, and Perfect for Multiple Devices
I bought the Anker Power Strip Surge Protector (2100J) on December 3, 2024, and it has been an excellent purchase. I’ve always loved Anker for their quality and reliability, and this product didn’t disappoint. I needed a surge protector when moving to a new place, especially for my bed area setup where I have multiple devices. The cable is thick and a good length, and the strip has plenty of outlets, including 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A, making it very convenient. It also looks nice and feels solid, giving confidence that my devices are safe from power surges. Overall, a great, reliable choice — Anker is love.

Awesome product from Anker as I’ve come to expect
Another great product from Anker as I’ve come to expect with this being the sixth product from them . The quality is very good with the power cord being heavier gauge/ insulation than most also having a 90 degree plug to keep it very tight to the wall without putting a stressful bend in the cord. It has some weight to it compared to others making it feel more substantial like they didn’t skimp on internal components and exterior plastics. The AC outlets are spaced in a way that allows everything to fit properly without having to jockey certain plugs in certain locations to avoid interference. The USB outlets work as advertised and my IPhone 15 chargers quickly with the USB C port. It came with mounting screws and mounted easily. The addition positive that was a pleasant surprise for me was when registering for warranty I simply entered my Amazon order number and it automatically registered this and the Anker car charger that was on the same order so that was pretty cool. I feel like all their products I’ve got it’s worth the price and they stay at a reasonable price point for the quality.

LOVE this power strip!
Great product. Very stable and durable. I like the options for usb & usb-c ports. Also, the number of outlets is a huge plus, in addition to facing 3 directions for easier fit for different size plugs. Versatile. I bought a second one for behind my tv. But the first I actually used wall adhesive (altho it does come w a mounting screw) to put on the wall next to my reclining couch for easy access. I use all the plugs frequently. Best outlet and surge protector I’ve found! Highly recommended!

Every Port in Use on My Desk
What I like Twelve AC outlets. I thought 12 was overkill. I was wrong; my desk fills all 12. Two USB-A and one USB-C port on the side. Even if I do not always use them, the convenience is there when I need it. 2100-joule surge protection per the listing. I have not stress-tested it against a real surge, but the listing advertises the rating. TUV Listed per the listing. I am reporting the listing’s safety mark, not making my own certification claim. On/off switch as a circuit breaker / reset. I have not had to use it. Five-foot cord was the right length for my setup. Year and a half of constant use, every port occupied, no complaints. What annoys me Twelve outlets do not increase circuit capacity. The strip is plugged into one wall outlet. The total amperage I can draw is whatever that single circuit supports. I have not pushed it, but it is worth knowing. The 2100-joule rating is the listing’s claim. I have not tested it. Treat the number as the manufacturer’s claim. TUV Listed is what the listing says. I have not opened the unit to inspect the certification mark on the case. I am reporting the listing, not making an independent safety claim. It is a corded strip, not a wall tap. It needs to be on the floor or under the desk. If you want something that mounts on the wall with no cord, this is the wrong product. I count my devices in my head. Twelve sounds like a lot, but on a busy computer desk it fills up faster than you think. Who it is for, and who should skip it If you have a busy computer desk or workstation with a lot of devices and you want them all on one strip with surge protection, this is the right tool. Twelve outlets sounds excessive until you start plugging in desktop, mini, monitor power bricks, speakers, lights, ethernet switches, and battery chargers. Skip it if you only need a few outlets. A six-outlet or eight-outlet strip is a better fit for most people. Skip it if you want something that mounts on the wall with no cord. This is a corded desktop strip. Verdict A year and a half on my computer desk, every port in use, no failures, no complaints. That is the review. Grade: A—if you actually have a lot of devices and a single place to plug them in. Buy the linked listing if your use case matches mine.

Excellent power bar with a long cord and great outlet layout
I now have five of these in my home and I love them. They're my go-to power strip now. The outlet layout is fantastic, allowing me to use power bricks and standard cords easily without much crowding. The USB ports are a nice touch too; the USB-C power delivery works to fast charge my devices, and the USB-A ports ensure legacy compatibility. I've mounted them to walls, desks, and just used them on a shelf. They're great in all both orientations, but they cannot be mounted horizontally. That's a minor knock on an otherwise excellent power bar. I will be buying many more of these in the future.
