I haven’t had it long, started rebounder workout almost 2 weeks ago, and I’m thrilled to have it. I can already see great results. The only downside is that I could not assemble it by myself, although I did try. Having RA makes it hard to work with my hands at times. My husband ultimately put it together for me, although I did help initially. Those bungees just did not want to work for me! Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

If you don't drink, you may start after attempting to assemble this trampoline. Have a bottle ready to go because you'll need it after the 2+ hours of trying to figure this out! Do not attempt alone! After watching the video 20 times (because it moves so fast, you'll have to keep reversing over and over to see what he's doing with the bungies, and of course, looking at the terrible instruction manual), we discovered that you need to put the bungies on in the opposite direction after each side. We ended up taking it all apart and starting over again! Best of luck to you-- it's great once you calm down from the stress of assembly!

Good product, but came with terrible instructions. You have to find instructions on line on similar products: how to secure cord correctly. Takes two people to assemble it.

I originally bought this trampoline for my family to enjoy rebounding on the colder days to get my kiddos energy out and for me to try to get my mom body back in shape. I wasn't sure but went with Zupapa after researching through comments, and seeing this was a great price point!Well now I have had this trampoline for years and can affirm that it is a great choice! Not only has it remained quiet, sturdy (even with my 250lb+ body and multiple kids) and the perfect size for my small apartment. But we use it every day and only recently did one of the cables show wear. But I reached out to the company, and quickly heard back from Jasmine. She was so gracious. Prompt and helpful. I got a replacement for a great price very quickly and I have no doubt it'll continue to be a daily staple in my household!I am beyond impressed with how great this investment was. You will not regret going with this trampoline and with this company, VERY pleased!

You might be thinking, “I’m smarter than these people. I put together stuff all the time! I am stronger than these other people. And I will actually read the directions and study the instruction video. These people clearly didn’t do that! I will be able to assemble this with no problem.”You are wrong. So, so wrong.

I gave it 4 stars because the bungees like to break after long periods of use. However, Brandline has been fantastic about getting me replacements sent right away for free. Doria is who has been helping me each time I message requesting new bungees and she’s been very helpful. This trampoline has helped me lose about 40 pounds and I couldn’t be happier.
