Great size for the price
I use these seeds every day for their health benefits, so picking up a huge two pound bag was a great decision. They are completely organic and the quality is incredibly consistent. The flavor is wonderfully fresh with that perfect slightly peppery kick, and I love adding them to my meals and daily routine. Since I care a lot about avoiding synthetic stuff, I really appreciate getting such a pure and natural ingredient. The bulk size is a fantastic value and lasts a very long time. I completely recommend picking this up if you want a reliable and healthy addition to your pantry.

Good value
I can't say anything about it being effective yet, but it is a good amount, seems to be good quality, and a good price. We will see if it produces good results.
