These mats are amazing. They work well for baking, clean easily and store conveniently. They withstand the oven's heat and the food is good. It takes a time or two to figure out the best way to get them out of the oven --- I use a flat pan or metal baking sheet.

A silicone round bread sling looks like one of those tools that feels optional until you use it once. Then suddenly parchment paper feels like a risky stunt. The dough goes in, the sling lowers it neatly into a hot Dutch oven, and nobody’s fingertips get sacrificed to the bread gods. Already a win. The silicone has just enough structure to hold its shape without fighting you. Sticky sourdough releases easily, especially with a light dusting of flour. The side handles make it simple to lift the loaf out after baking, which is huge when you’re dealing with a blazing hot pot and a delicate crust that you don’t want to dent. No tearing, no awkward flipping, no “well… that was supposed to be round.” Cleanup is almost suspiciously easy. It rinses off or goes in the dishwasher, and it doesn’t hold onto flour paste like fabric liners sometimes do. It also feels sturdier than parchment, which always seems one bake away from dramatic failure. It’s not flashy. It’s just quietly useful. If you bake round loaves in a Dutch oven, this is one of those small upgrades that removes friction from the whole process. Less juggling, more baking, fewer chances to accidentally invent a new bread shape.

These mats work well for baking. They seem like they will last a while. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they sometimes will have some color spots left if I have burned something while baking. But it comes right off. They are easy to clean; I put mine in the dishwasher with no problems. They are very easy to use. I like that they came with several sizes. I store them with my pans. They are a good thickness, better than parchment paper.

These are so nice to have as opposed to cutting parchment. They are quick and easy and very easy to clean. No issues with staining yet. I do fold them over in the pot so the lid fully seals when making sour dough.

These things work like a charm for sourdough. They’re so easy to use because they are intuitive! They fit perfectly in the Dutch oven, depending on size, and they’re so helpful! They’re just sticky enough. They help give the bottom of the bread a perfect brown. They’re sturdy and definitely keep the loaf in place. They’re easy to clean and for the price, you can’t beat them!

Works great for removing bread from dutch oven as well as protecting the bottom from overbaking.

Nice for a round loaf. Thought they were two different sizes but they’re the same. Works well.
