Excellent book
This is a thoroughly enjoyable book to read. It is a great introduction to understanding the history of the world. The maps and accompanying pictures give the reader a very good visual presentation and explanation of historical events. The hardcover means this book should last a long time and I am looking forward to reading this again and again with grandchildren in the future. I have given this book 5 stars it is well deserved and once again DK has produced another quality book.
