Worthwhile investment and a happy wife.
**Design & Build Quality** The design of the WOWOW touchless faucet is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into contemporary kitchen or bathroom decor. It feels solid and durable, with a high-quality finish that resists smudges and fingerprints, maintaining its polished look over time. **Installation** Installation was straightforward, even for someone with basic DIY skills. Being a DIYer I got a little messy on the installation of the hot/cold hoses and had some leaks before I could get it right. The instructions were clear, and all necessary parts were included in the box. However, it may require professional help if youโre not comfortable with plumbing work. **Sensor Performance** The touchless sensor is responsive and accurate. It detects hand movements quickly, turning the water on and off with little to no delay. The sensitivity can sometimes be a bit too high, occasionally activating when you're just reaching nearby, but overall itโs reliable. **Water Flow & Temperature Control** The faucet offers a smooth and steady water flow, with easy-to-use controls for adjusting the temperature. The temperature settings are responsive, and itโs easy to find the perfect mix of hot and cold water. However, some users may find that the water pressure is slightly lower than with traditional faucets. **Battery Life** The faucet runs on batteries, which last impressively long before needing replacement. Depending on usage, you may only need to change them once a year. Thereโs also an indicator light that lets you know when the batteries are running low. **Maintenance** Maintenance is minimal. The faucetโs finish resists water spots, and because itโs touchless, it stays cleaner longer. The sensor can occasionally need a quick wipe to maintain its responsiveness, but other than that, thereโs not much upkeep required. **Pros:** - Stylish and modern design - Responsive sensor - Long battery life - Scratch resistant - Easy installation and maintenance **Cons:** - Water pressure might be lower than expected - Sensor can be overly sensitive in some situations **Final Verdict** The WOWOW touchless faucet is a great addition to any kitchen or bathroom, combining convenience with style. While there are minor drawbacks, such as slightly lower water pressure and sensor sensitivity, the overall performance and ease of use make it a worthwhile investment and a happy wife. The price is now about 25% less from when I purchased.

Great Kitchen Faucet with Pull-Out Sprayer โ Motion Sensor Wasnโt Worth It for Us
We had to replace our kitchen sink after a safety recall, and since we already love our motion-sensing soap dispenser, I figured this WOWOW touchless faucet would be perfect. It also matches our little filtered-water spigot really well. Installation wasnโt bad at all (Iโm reasonably handy). The hardest part was wrestling the old faucet out โ putting this one in and setting up the motion sensor was pretty straightforward. At first we loved the hands-free feature. You just leave the handle turned on and wave your hand to start/stop the water. But after a couple weeks it started acting up โ it would randomly shut off while we were rinsing dishes or turn on by itself. Plus we kept forgetting to leave the handle on, which completely disables the sensor. It became enough of a hassle that I finally crawled under the sink and pulled the batteries so the motion part stays off. The pull-out sprayer, though? We absolutely love it. Our old faucet didnโt have one and cleaning the sink was a pain โ this makes it so much easier and faster. Bottom line: We really like the faucet itself and use it every day (and have had it for over a year now) but if I had it to do over Iโd skip the motion-sensor version and save the extra money. The sprayer is the real winner here. Tip: If you go with the smart version, keep the batteries accessible โ you might end up turning the sensor off like we did.

Overwhelmingly disappointing.
I recently purchased and hired a plumber to come install this new faucet in my kitchen. Not only is it tough to have the sensor pick up your hand all the time so you end up waving your hand in front of the sensor like some unresponsive public restroom sink, but sometimes it's the opposite and it just turns on if you walk past or if I'm turning on my stove 4 ft away. The other lovely feature that this offers is that hot water doesn't come out of it. The water works perfectly in the rest of the house and I checked the lines and it's the faucet itself that will not produce hot water. So not only did I pay a plumber to have this installed now I have to pay a plumber again to have it removed so I could return it and install a new one. I'm beyond angry. I contacted the company's customer service and I didn't get a response. I was a couple days past the return window but Amazon agreed to take back the product but they couldn't do anything for the extra expenses I'm incurring for the plumber. The only redeeming quality for this faucet was I liked the different spray features.

Low Quality
Works well once leaking problem is fixed, but after less than a year the auto shut-off no longer works (even with new batteries). Sometimes needed to be reset just to get the 3-minute inactivity shut-off feature to work.

Reliable Sensor Faucet That Meets Expectations
Very happy with this sensor faucet. The build quality is excellent, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the water flow is smooth and consistent. Iโve had it installed for about two weeks with no issues at all. I even tested the automatic shut-off feature, and it worked exactly as stated at three minutes. Overall, a reliable product that performs exactly as advertised. Highly recommend.

Recommended with one suggestion for improvement
Works great. There is a video that helps with setup here: https://us.amazon.com/live/video/01d93d9a0a0549788e319161b90e1384 There are two reasons I didn't give it five stars. The first is that the electric line and water connector for the box are short and caused me a lot of unnecessary installation drama than if they had each been two feet longer because the area under my sink is so tight. The second is that I used this one to replace another touchless faucet I had for a long time and the other one was automatic also when you pulled the head down; this one is only automatic via the sensor. However, it was also $100 cheaper. That one also had the sensor in the front, which was easier to access but also triggered accidentally in a way this one won't. Overall works great and easy to install except what I mentioned.

useless
this thing is horrible. You have to wave a hand to activate every single time you turn it on. It turns of randomly while using. do not waste your money.
