Cheap. Works. Great value given the super low price
I had a squeaky space bar. A quick online search showed that some "Super lube" put in the right place can (and did) fix it. This tool (with prime) was so cheap to not risk messing up with a couple of paperclips. Pros: - the tools works well (hint for space bar, remove the alt keys using the "2 loops" end. Same as 2 paperclips method, just easier. Then use the other "hook" end, and slide it to the middle of the bar, and pull straight. - did I mention the price? Cons: - if I had to do an entire keyboard, I think the tool would last, but it seems fragile enough to not be a tool for a repair shop / IT repair tech. Overall, I recommend that over any paperclips (or worst some screw driver, pliers...), as this will NOT mark or damage your keys.

Quite functional at a good price
This does the job. I have an older (circa 2005) Dell mechanical keyboard so only the wired end of this tool was of any use, but it worked well on most keycaps. But due to the width of it, I was not able to removed keycaps that are against the corners. I had to pry those out the old-fashioned way. Still happy with this. I got all the keycaps off so I could give the area below them a good cleaning and al so wash and dry the keycaps. Nice tool at a nice price.

better than the bargain bin key cap removers
Okay, so, you're probably wondering why this is a few dollars, and why you should bother wasting your money on this. 1. its not wasting your money, if its saving you time and irritability to remove some simple-hard-to-reach key 2. the features of this product is that ability to easily, with one or two hands, remove a key almost effortlessly. 3. You're not gonna find many, if not, better, key cap remover than this one. Tip: I'm right handed, but I found removing keys with my left hand while holding the keyboard with my right, makes for easy removal. Tip: If you want to clean your keyboard, you need something like this. Tip: If you're mechanical keyboard is to loud, or if you're tired of the click-clacks, than you need O Ring Silencers. Trust me, you'll fall in love.

Perfect all in one puller
At first the key cap puller wires were tight but once they have been broken in they work like a charm with no issues and not to leave marks on the key caps like the plastic one that comes with most kits. The switch puller works just as well and is smother to use again being better than the one in the key board kit. Material seems a bit thin so the only question is durability but for now i can easily buy another one as needed.

A little loose, but otherwise ok. The plastic ones may be better overall.
The part for pulling keys up is pretty loose and tends to wobble around a bit. Once you pull the keycap up it's actually very easy for it to just fall out if you're not careful (and according to the laws of the universe, a dropped object while you're working on something will bounce ten times, fly ten feet across the floor, and go up under something.) Also, the description kind of made me believe that the keycap puller would stretch all the way across really wide keys like 2.5u or even maybe spacebar keys, however, it does not. For large keys you have to slide across the top and bottom (which usually is harder than the sides if they aren't flat) and pull at one edge of the keycap instead of the whole thing. Those little plastic keycap pullers still work a lot better for larger keys definitely. The switch puller part is pretty good though. I think it could have a bit of a sharper edge to it to slide under a bit more easily, but all in all it works pretty well. I can't imagine there being much better on the market really for switch pulling, but it is a very simple task overall. This will definitely beat out just using pliers or something so I definitely recommend it or one like it for that. Overall I'd say the plastic keycap pullers are probably best for keycaps. I would suggest buying this really mainly just as a switch puller (and it's definitely better than a plastic switch puller) rather than as a keycap puller.

It’s ergonomically designed for comfort and control, making keycap removal incredibly simple and efficient—no slipping or awkward angles. What I especially appreciate is how effortlessly it works across various keyboard layouts. Whether I'm doing a quick swap or a full board cleaning, this tool streamlines the process beautifully. It’s compact enough to store easily, but sturdy enough to handle regular use. Overall, Ortarco has nailed the balance between functionality and build quality. Works well but over-priced
Works as it should, although I only used the puller side. This is faster and more convenient than pulling out key caps by hand, and much less painful too. However, once it arrived, I realized I just paid $10 for something that should've costed no more than $5. You can tell by looking at it that it takes less than a couple bucks to produce. Look for a better deal if you can.

Good value, OK quality
I wasn't expecting much from this after reading some reviews but after using it in person it has done a great job pulling switches and keycaps from newly purchased NK65 Milkshake. I opted for this instead of a separate keycap puller + switch puller (ie. Ramaworks XO). The metal clamps that are used to pull switches may become bent out of alignment but you can bend them back easily. To pull switches you have to hold it as close to the actual clamp as possible, and it doesn't take much force to pull out switches at all. Overall the product does a great job but the quality is what you pay for. Does the job fine if you take care of it.
