Great company Great product
Not only is this a terrific product, but I had an easy and quick resolution experience with a problem! I have four of these! I love them!

Design flaw
The product works as advertised expect for the design flaw, the top sieve snaps on and if it not done exactly right when the container is full it becomes heavy and the sieve separates from the jar. Just as I predicted I picked it up by the top part it separated and bottom part fell to the floor and broke on my kitchen floor, water and orange/lemon slices everywhere. I should have a screw top to make it more secure.

Cracked -
Used only once, washed it, after drying to two pieces I started putting the two parts together - it slipped out of my hands when the two pieces did not connect properly and fell on floor. The carafe cracked lengthwise on two sides... and split the top in two places. Should be made of stronger material! Sad, it is in the trash. Waste of money.
