If you do not understand how the curl is done you might say it doesn't work . Sometimes company have a bad batch and the chemical is not effective I have had that with regular perms this is a chemical so that can happen. However the container I received worked effectively, was sealed, and delivered properly. I am not a beautician I am Social Distancing

My hair is very soft and has some curls however, I wanted more of a wave pattern. I would recommend that you do not relax your hair for at least 3 months prior to using for best results. It works especially well on non chemically treated hair. It gave me a nice thick waves that I was hoping for with the exception of the front. This was probably because I touch up my edges more than I do the rest of my hair. Very easy to use and then follow up with the cream moisturizer which will provide bounce to your waves or curls without the heavy greasy feeling. It keeps your waves moist for most of the day.

I purchased this for my aunt who is a hairdresser. It’s just easier to order an have it shipped to her.

Did not work, I used this on my daughters 4c hair to reset her curls and it stunk so bad to start. I mean rotten egg chemical ungodly smell. Then we used the step two and then put the curlers in, might i add that stunk just as bad. Then step 3 after we washed outthe step 2 and that one was not as bad but still pungent. We took out the curlers then when the 20 mins was up and the curls were there, for like 45 seconds. As soon as we washed and put in the moisturizer it all went straight. We used the spritz moisturizer , now that at least smells good no chemical smell at all. But her hair then dried and was a frizzy bet disaster. So now after spending the afternoon doing the process she is crying and deep conditioning her hair and upset. This is not a good product despite all the youtube videos for 4c hair. It did not work on my daughters hair at all. Now all I smell as well is the god awful stinch too.

Works well for my daughter I just don't think the size is worth the money.
