The best chocolate!!
The chocolate flavor is rich without being bitter. Just delicious! I use it to make low calories shakes with protein milk, ice cubes, Monkfruit and a scoop of the chocolate powder- put it in a blender and you have a delicious rich chocolate shake.

creat extra good deserts & other recipies like a pro.
strong flavor!! easy to make chocolate sauce, add good oil EV olive oil and dash of sweet alcohols. it binds it to hard & adds sugar but with good a little sweet flavor. thinner dip berries- cherries pour on deserts. it can do all the chocolate the chocolate applications, even just down to a tbs.

not as chocolaty as the Dutch process
Guittard makes another unsweetened cocoa that I would recommend over this. It's Dutch process, comes in a red can and is much tastier. This is good but I prefer the other.
