Good, a bit expensive

Works beautifully for microgreens. If you want to grow "vertical sprouts" without a medium (as shown on Sprout People videos) and then use a knife to scrape the roots off the bottom when you are ready to harvest, you need to know that the bottom is not flat. There is a nice 1/2" flange that comes down all the way around the edge of the bottom to make sure each pan fits securely inside the one under it. Because it is constructed to stack, it is made in a way that the bottom is completely screen, no rim around the inside, only on the outside. This is really a nice set.

I like how I can grow different sprouts. It is a bit of a pain to get all sprouts out but it's a mesh what do you expect? Pretty easy to clean. I find using a scrub brush is the easiest way to get the left overs out. I've produced about 14 crops from it since purchasing and all worked out well.
