This Emergency Escape Tool, Window Breaker and Seatbelt Cutter, Car Safety Hammer is one of those products you hope you never have to use but I'm glad I have it. The bright orange color makes it easy to spot quickly in an emergency, and the included mounting brackets help keep everything secure and within reach. The tool feels sturdy and well made, not cheap or flimsy like some other emergency tools I’ve seen. I also like that it comes in a 2-pack, so I was able to keep one in each vehicle. The seatbelt cutter and window breaker design seem simple and effective, which is exactly what you want. For the price, this is an excellent safety item that every car should have. I was really pleased with these. To be honest, I expected them to be cheaply made. Pleasantly surprised that they’re actually pretty sturdy with a good weight. They don’t feel cheap and I’m confident I’ll do the job if I ever need them to. Which of course I hope I won’t.

I haven't had the chance to use this escape tool in a real-life scenario, but from my initial impression, they feel very sturdy and capable! I mean it: the window breaker feels like it can break through tough glass, and the seatbelt cutter is very sharp. It's also very neat that you get two. That means, if you ever want to bring one on your person (like in your purse or backpack) in case you get into a car accident while using a taxi, Uber, etc. and need to escape, you can! The other one you can leave in your car. All in all, having something like this brings me peace of mind. It's also not that expensive either, so this really becomes a no-brainer in my opinion. It's always best to be safe rather than sorry.

This tool is perfect for keeping in your car for emergency situations. I used command strips to fasten it to the side of my drivers seat in both my and my husband’s car. It seems durable and is the best price I could find for something this sturdy.

I hope I never have to use these but I bought one for my car and one for my daughter’s car. We keep them in our glove compartment. Most window glass on today’s cars is hard to break. Unlike the cars I grew up with. It has a cutting end for seatbelts too. I think it’s a handy tool to have in case of a car accident or your standard enough car in the deep water situation like a flash flooding in the city street because you can’t get the doors open with water pressing against them. It’s a good tool to have in your car.

For the price this is an excelent product, no screws are provided but who does not have a million screws laying around.

Compre 4 de estas herramientas para emergencias vehiculares en la presentacion de dos paquetes duales. * El color naranga brillante hace que destaque inmediatamente lo que es muy deseable en una situacion de emergencia por que lo convierte en fácil de visualizar. * Son de plastico lo que los hace livianos más los rompevidrios y cortadores de cinturón son metalicos para que sean duraderos y eficientes. La cabeza de la herramienta, donde se encuentra posicionado el rompevidrios, es más pesado que el mango lo que permite un mejor movimiento para romper el vidrio en caso de emergencias. * El cortador de cinturon es relativamente afilado, lo utilize para cortar cordón y papel para comprobar que tanto filo tiene y cumple con su función, no tengo duda de que sea capaz de cortar un cinturón. Sin embargo no recomiendo que se use para nada más que eso para no desgastar el filo y que se encuentre en las condiciones más optimas en caso de emergencia vehicular. * La herramienta viene protegida o resguardada en un pequeño estuche abierto que permite montarla y desmontarla con facilidad, algo ideoneo en caso de que se requiera usar rapidamente, y protege el rompevidrios y cortador para asegurar que no causen daños al carro si no esta en uso la herramienta. Lo que no viene podria ser una buena adiccion son adhesivos para montar la herramiento con todo y base al carro, ya que como no cuenta con estos tiene movilidad libre. * Es un producto muy economico y de muy buena calidad, la marca "amazonbasics" suele ser de alta calidad ya es el cuarto producto que compro de la marca y es una de las mejores marcas conforme a precio-calidad. * Finalmente en cuanto al envio, este fue muy rápido llego 4 días antes de lo estimado, y por ser vendido y destribuido por amazon esta garantizado que te llegue el producto. CONCLUSIÓN: compren el producto, buen vendedor, econocimico, versatil y de buena caldiad, y es mejor prevenir cualquier situación desafortunada ya que es mejor tenerlo y no necesitarlo a necesitarlo y no tenerlo.
