Bought a 4-pack from Zosi five years ago. They worked, but are no longer made. This unit is one step up in video resolution and clarity, a well as better night vision. The wireless range is better, too. It is easier to navigate the menus BUT they removed some of the settings. Motion sensing works well, but I'm sure it will pick up a few false alarms.

Signal is bad for tin buildings putting outside 6 feet away from router and 3 to 4 bars getting further say 20 to 30 foot outside 1 to 0 bars in and out. So, I Hard wired cameras, and funny signal is better than when in the same room with Wi-Fi and nvr box. So, the siren and flashing spotlight useless unless they do an update to allow scheduling for them I can't have them going off when they should not. Lastly system says 8 channels but with 4 cameras recording FPS is 15 not sure if it can handle 6 which would get be desired amount if I can find 2 more that are compatible with the system.

The box came and it was already opened before, so I'm guessing they just sent me something that's been sitting in the warehouse for ages. It's got this weird disgusting sticky stuff all over the box which worries me even more so. Tbh idk if I even want to open the box. Who knows what's in it. I returned the last one as well before this one because it was stuck in an infinite loop back where it never fully powered on. I am saddened by how terrible zosi has turned out to become in the last couple years. Def not purchasing again. Returned for a second time sadly.

For anyone considering a Zosi purchase I suggest you reconsider. I don’t enjoy writing reviews but what Zosi did to me is unbelievable… Abbreviated version is I bought a new NVR and 4 Camera WiFi set. Within 6 months the NVR died and they sent me a replacement. However, after 15 hours of my time troubleshooting why my cameras weren’t being acknowledged by the new NVR I learned the model they sent was not compatible with the cameras. After hours of emailing back and forth and because the support is so bad, they agreed they sent me an NVR that won’t work with the cameras. To make things “right” they offered me a $50 discount for buying a new set! WHAT? I have spent $350 on an NVR and Camera set, you send me an incompatible NVR, and now you want me to spend more money? After more hours of emails back and forth they agreed to send me a new NVR and 4 Camera set that we identified on the Amazon/Zosi store valued at $219. They asked that I ship them my NVR (brand new yet not compatible with the cameras) and the 4 cameras and upon receipt, they will send me this new set. Guess what? I shipped - they received. Instead of keeping there word and shipping me the replacement, Zosi sends me this: “Steve, since the order is over a year old and 6 months past its shelf life, we are unable to send the set as replacement for you.” Zosi now has the brand new NVR I sent back plus my 4 C188 cameras yet they are going back on their word to make this right by sending me a replacement set. Instead, the email says “send us another $100 bucks and we will follow through on our agreement”. So, I have experienced constant incompetence with Zosi support and now their personnel have not kept their word (lied) in a written agreement we have. Still want to buy a Zosi product? Good luck with “saving money” buying a Zosi system.

Fast response to questions with possible answers little slow on shipping warrenty parts but good to deal with like thier cameras nice and clear hedi was nice to deal with thanks

This system is good when it works. It says constantly that the cameras have disconnected when they are still powered on and connected. The box that you use to record is the real issue. It constantly disconnects and reboots even though there is power and internet. I tried to get a new box through Amazon when we first bought but they wouldn't allow without returning the whole product and we had already paid to have the cameras wired to the house.

3MP 4 camera system was purchased on November 2022 so it's been less than two years when all four cameras are showing as "video loss". Worked with the customer service via e-mail for any solutions to no avail. Determined the Wi-Fi function of the control box has failed since I can hook up a camera with Ethernet cable to show images. Asked Zosi if I can only get the box since I don't need another set of 4 cameras. Their answer was that they only sell the system so I would need to get an another complete system with 4 extra cameras and suggested I hookup all 8 camera to the box. I consider this as a "no service". They are only interested in selling you a product with no follow-up service. The product is unreliable (failed less than two years) and service does not exist. I would not buy any product from Zosi again.
