This was a repeat order. They are Great!!
I have been buying and taking these for about a year. They seem to make a significant difference in how I feel. I seem to have more energy and can walk much farther without resting since I began taking these.

No weight loss help
I have taken it for nearly a month, but can see absolutely no difference. I don't have cholesterol issues, but it is too early to know if there will be any effect. I know that there could be side effects on the kidneys with high dosage but I am taking according to instructions.

does it work?
I prematurily bought this before finding research on the efficacy. Was hoping would help lower my calcium score... But the research i found results showed no difference in weight loss or cholesterol. :( but i will take them for 2 months and see if anything happens
