Excellent Cameras and Outstanding Customer Support
We currently have 2 of these cameras installed, and they have been serving us exceptionally well since day one. The setup process was incredibly straightforward—we had them up and running in minutes. The app is intuitive, responsive, and makes managing the cameras a breeze. Whether checking live feeds or reviewing recorded footage, everything is right where you'd expect it to be. Image quality is outstanding, even in varying lighting conditions. The clarity gives us real peace of mind knowing we can see what's happening around our property. We've now owned 7 ZUMIMALL cameras in total over time, and honestly, we've had minimal issues. We only needed to contact support once regarding a battery concern with a different model, and the experience was seamless. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products the way ZUMIMALL does. Love the camera
It was an easy installation. I love the 360 view and the fact that I can see everything very clearly and in color. I had someone steal something off my step and took a clear picture of that person. I took the pic to the police and he was happy at how clear the picture was. I don't think they ever caught the guy, but at least it was a clear pic. I also have a camera in my garage area.

Known Problems - gimble wires "break"
Since June 2024 I have purchased over 10 of these units (auto tracking) and have had nothing but problems with them. Setup was easy and the reason I committed to acquiring additional units, my last purchase being made Dec 2025. I first started to have problems within a few months after installing. The most common problem I have seen is the motorized nimble which engages the left / right movement stops working, the up / down is OK. I notified Zumimall Customer Support who then mentioned in 2024 yes there may be a problem with the internal wires, so I decided to dismantle the camera and did find one wires powering the left right gimble motor basically was broken in half. I suspect the wires are too brittle for such continuous movement and "snap". Of the 10 auto tracking cameras I purchased 6 have failed, 4 from snapped wires and 2 other failed from unknown reasons, power up with red light flashing. At first I was pleased with the customer support from Zumimall....there offered a 50% discount on a replacement I cover shipping, or would provide a partial refund....while nice I recently reached a point where I was spending too much time either trying to repair or fix cameras which failed, my 6th failed two days ago and decided enough is enough time to let others know these are prone to failure. I attached recent email text from Zumimall I received from them admitting to the problem. I provided a photo of the wire breaks I have experienced, the photo shows the break however it was taken after I had stripped insulation from the ends....at failure the break is clean with no exposed wire, breaks always same location, can be any wire. I have repaired 3 of the cameras wire failures and the cameras work again but I feel a matter of time the wire will snap again. NOTE: I have 5 of the solar powered 2.4GHZ cameras from Zumimall, none of these has failed and still working. They do not have the auto tracking feature which probably save the wires from snapping. Based on what you found, it appears that one of the wires may have come loose or disconnected. If possible, could you try reconnecting it and see whether the camera is able to move normally again? Indeed, for PTZ (pan-tilt) cameras like this, such issues can occur in some cases. Since these cameras contain internal motors and mechanical components, over time, a number of units may experience a failure in one direction of movement. This is a known issue in the industry, and we are continuously working with our factory to improve the internal structure and stability. Could you please take a photo of the label/sticker on the device and send it to us? This will help us report the case to our factory for further improvement.

Great Product!
I have used home monitoring cameras from several different brands—both solar and electricity-powered—and I can emphatically say that Zumimall products are the best. They are easier to install and configure, and they offer more features than the competition. In particular, the night vision and tracking features are exceptional. Currently, I have three of your 9W solar-powered cameras and three electric-powered units installed. They are all functioning well and have met my expectations with clear, high-quality images. The battery life is great. No Lag and faster connections.

Great camera!
I have a lot of cameras, and so many don’t work very well. This camera however works great. It was very easy to set up and with an sd card you can record 24/7. No subscription required which is great. The images are clear and I don’t ever have a problem with blurry pictures. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and I’ve actually been successful putting it in my garage which is surrounded in steel. It’s very quick to load when you want to bring it up so you can quickly see what’s happening. The app is actually the only area I have a “complaint” if you can even call it that. There’s a button called “lens switch” and when you click it the lens turns off and then nothing records. I accidentally hit this without realizing it and then have no video until I check it. Honestly not a big deal though just have to watch what I’m doing!
