Very late review. I have been using these dampeners on my racquets for a few years now. This is the best dampener for my oversized racquet. And the best part is very seldom do they come off my racquet even when the ball hits the area where the dampener is installed. I can't imagine playing tennis without this dampener on my racquet!

Better for me than the basic round dampener.

This ADV tennis dampener is my favorite so far. It has a great feel on the racket and does a nice job reducing vibration without making the strings feel too muted. It is also much easier to put on compared to many other dampeners I have tried. Once it is on, it stays in place well and feels secure during play. Simple, useful, and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend it.

Never fall off

Just went out practicing my serves and found someone to hit with and from what I can tell, nothing was absorbed. At least that's what it felt like. I'm going to try to see if I put it on wrong, but my elbows definitely felt it. And this is from my racket with a hybrid natural gut and multifilament stringing. Update (June 7, 2019): Played on the 4th after taking out the dampener and reseating it multiple times until I got it secured the way I want it. This second time around I didn't hear the weird ping when I hit the ball and felt less vibration. Updated it to 4 stars. I'll update again as I will be putting this on my other racket after I restring it next week. I really like how secure it stays and not worry about having it pop off while I'm hitting.

I really like this dampener, I previously used worm dampeners but if they break it's just a mess. Of the three, one broke after the second session on the racket but support was very quick to respond and sent a replacement!

Like the look and fact that it doesn’t always pop out but can’t get over the whistling sound whenever I swing. Can I fix that?

Works as expected - what else to say! Note instal correctly else it can fly off but when installed right works good.

I was looking for an effective dampener and am very happy with the „max sorb“ version I bought. Definitely pricey but a very well engineered product with a better shock absorption than any other model or dampener concept (doughnut, round, square, snake shaped from misc racket manufacturer and tennis string brands)I‘ve tried before. Also like that the dampener doesn’t come off and stays in place, definitely recommend if you’re looking for strong vibration control.

Does not live up to expectations.
