When I first saw this item I wasn't sure, but figured at this price it was worth a shot. I had just had to return an entire cartridge set that cost more than 4x this price because the new cartridges would not stop bleeding all over the pages. Refilling the toner was a breeze (a little messy, but simple). Replacing the chips was very easy as well. If you're unsure just watch the videos on their website. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Also the item showed up within 2 days of ordering which was about 3 days sooner then I expected. I am definitely going to use them again in the future and would highly recommend this product and this seller to everyone.
