Which filter should i get and how many should i use in series to get rid of calcium?

These will not get rid of hard water. If the calcium is dissolved into the water they will have no effect.

I have to say no as I was unable to find the Dimensions of the filters you wish to replace.

Will this filter out sulfur smell from my well water?

No, as far as I know, these sediment filters do not remove smell. I am told that charcoal filers will remove the sulfur (or rotten egg) smell, but not iron or hard water smell. Hope this helps.
