I bought this with a king size duvet and a mattress protector. I like something weighty so I buy King size duvets for a double size bed also to avoid draft. Been through winter with them and they have been unbelievably good. With the weight of both parts of the duvet together I do need to adjust the poppers now and then, but It is a small thing given the amazing warmth of this when our heating was bust. I am asthmatic and previously had expensive Hungarian goose down. I don’t like the sweating that comes with polyester filler. Bits of fluff always went everywhere with down despite how closely woven the covers were. No such issues with this, and it is completely natural so I have less guilt about landfill when I eventually lose it to time - I have had this over a year now so I can see that will be many years down the road yet, it is robust and well made. I seem to fall asleep faster since having this, the weight is right for me and it warms up quickly, same with the pillow, no lying awake for hours. Would buy again.

I liked the comfort and sleep quality I got with this pillow. It could be value for money but we will have to see how comfy it stays over time. Initially the pillow smelt a bit musty, hopefully that will go. A bit pricey but could be a good buy in the long term.

I am very pleased with this wool pillow, so pleased 1 bought 3 more. The cotton cover is a good quality although there is no zip in this version of the pillow. It is quite full so I only need to use 1, but is very comfy. Bought one for my mother who is very pleased and said it really helped her sleep better. Main reason for buying is because of slight allergy to feathers in family. I didn't think I had an allergy to feathers, but since using have noticed I don't wake up in morning with slightly puffy eyes anymore! They smell vaguely of wool for first night or 2, like a wool jumper, quite pleasant really. I even bought some wool inner cushion pads made by same company which I am pleased with too. Nice and plump and again gets rid of the feathers and mites. I have used synthetic pillows and cushion inserts before, but then tend to go solid and distorted, especially when washed. I also have had wool duvets for a couple of years and would not go back to synthetic or feathers.

Really liked this pillow to start with: comfortable and much more cooling in hot weather than my previous pillows. It lost bulk very quickly, though, and is now much smaller than when it arrived. In hindsight I'd probably buy the one you can add extra wool to if I bought again. If you like a thin pillow then this would be excellent after the first couple of months. Just to note: the pillow did smell of lanolin initially, but this smell faded over the first couple of weeks.

Best pillow I've every had no more bad necks or overheating at night regulates the temperature provides excellent support. I'm disabled with spinal injury and I find that this pillow provides the best support I've tried many different types from memory foam to medical ones and this one wins out because of how you can plump it to how you want it also I use an electric profiling bed (like a hospital bed) and the pillow works excellent with the head area raised on the bed. I also have the wool room duvet as well and that is absolutely excellent as well. The natural wool with a cotton casing is so nice to be warm and not overheating as I do in synthetic filled nylon bedding.

Personally, I love this pillow, it's comfy and firm, just right for me. It's a good size so I can use it on its own or with a flatter pillow underneath depending on what I need. I don't think it smells strongly of sheep as other reviews say, it smells of wool, sure but I mean it will do. I've found it to be perfect for my needs and I'm now considering getting the quilt, and another pillow. For me it feels nice to have something natural that maybe people would have used in the past, I like to think so anyway. Best advice, try it for a few nights before making a decision. I use a 100% cotton pillow case with it, as I think that's what the wool room reccomends to use with their products, to help with breathability of material, and temperature regulation. When I first received the pillow I was really impressed - appeared to be great quality and for the first week I was completely in love with it. I had the best sleep ( suffer with neck and spinal problems ) and less pain in general. Then after a week I noticed the pillow was becoming less firm - fast forward to 35 days after purchase and am so disappointed- has lost all firmness has parts that have no filling at all - have tried to move the filling around but I basically have ti fold in half. Of course I have missed the 30 day returns so no refund but please if you are considering this option even on sale ( as I did ) it is worth paying for something that will last and this does not

Up until this point, I've tried dozens of pillows including the most expensive options available on Amazon. I'm predominantly a side sleeper and it's pretty hard to find one of right height and support should you end up on your back that your neck doesn't kill you in the morning. The pillow does go down in the spot you lay on so regular moving about or plumping up of the pillow is required. Other than that, I would highly recommend this pillow. It's not going to be heavenly but it'll work
