I thought I would give this product a try because it contains multiple strains of magnesium. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made my body felt incredible immediately I am 56 years old and started experiencing knee discomfort. As someone who has never been "regular", after taking this consistently, I am for the first time in my life. I have noticed regular bowel movements and improved sleep/relaxation in the evenings.
