Q: I just purchased these insoles and i am so happy with them! i am wondering how long they will last? when will i need to purchase a replacement?

Hello, In short, it lasts for a very long period of time. Maybe a couple of years or more. We use the best open cell polyurethane foam, so it will always go back to its original shape without buttoning out and provide the support and comfort you need between every step. Personally I have gone through 3 pairs of my tennis shoes, and the embrace insoles are still the same in terms of shape, thickness, and comfort. Hope this answers your question.

Q: can men over 300lbs use these? Does your weight matter?

Of course. No matter what the weight is, our material maintains its original shape between each step time over time. In another words, thickness won’t change at all so the comfort level remains the same. For the arch, we use semi-rigid design and material so your arch won’t be rubbed against the hard plastic. Q: Do you replace the insoles that came with your shoes?

Hello, Yes. Usually the original insoles that come with the shoes are a very thin layer made out of EVA material. For better support and comfort, it is best to remove the original insoles and replace it with new insoles so your feet don’t feel too tight in the shoes. Q: Do these use fluidx like nasa does?

Ours insoles don’t use Fluidx material. Instead we use material that’s called open cell polyurethane. As you can see in the video. The material always goes back to its original shape without being flattened. The benefit of this is that it provides the comfort of high quality memory foam feel and makes sure that it stays that way between each step to provide maximum comfort, shock absorption and support.
