Why is the charger bought together with the telescopic hedge trimmer, when the charger clearly states not compatible with Primal range!!

Not sure 1 bought mine as an additional battery for the leaf blower in the max range. These “bought together” adverts are computer generated based on buying habits as opposed to amazon suggestions as to what to buy. So if like me you bought a primal trimmer and then the max battery separately for something else of the same brand it would show us as bought together when really it wasn’t it was merely bought at the same time.

Battery says charged.but won't work the strimmer

Is the green lights static or flashing when charger plugged in if static charged try putting battery back in the strimmer and try again should work

Can you buy the plugs seperate

Yes you can and they are great. I only need one spare.
