This product is ok, but not as good as the reviews sound. It doesn't keep out any sound (although it does keep out light). It doesn't support your neck as much as a standard neck support (U shape) pillow, its too thin for this, even if you tighten using the toggle. On the plane I kept waking up from my head moving as it wasn't supported properly. So overall a bit dissapointed. It is warm on the head or neck dependent how you wear it but this isn't really what I bought it for.

I gave it a proper test on a long haul flight and it's great. It's blocks the light and buffers sounds, did not care how I looked.

Very comfy so you barely notice you have it on and it does not let in any light and muffles almost all sound.Very good for extended air travel or migraine attacks.

Delivered in plastic sleeves... not the sealed box shown on the images. I cannot be certain that they are infact new and not used because of this?? They were purchased as gifts and look cheap. Having purchased from Studio Banana Things previously I am confident this is not the state the products should be received in. Very disappointed.

Very helpful on long haul flight which I did recently and better than conventional neck support available . I would definitely recommend it .

Awesome gadget and brilliant for long flights. The only downside is that you can't wash it.

Bought for my son's transatlantic trips and it seems to have done the business, no complaints.
