We purchased this to use during an outdoor winter event. It kept the water hot for hours in below freezing temps. We were very pleased with how well it performed. Love the large capacity, and the overall design. Nice matte finish. The lid screws in tight to prevent leaks during transport. Overall very happy with this purchase!

I bought 3 of these dispensers to accommodate beverages served at our community fundraiser events. I wasn't sure that the dispensers would keep our beverages hot/cold for the duration of our events, but they certainly did the job!We served both coffee and a cold beverage where. both were kept at their givrn temperatures for over 24 hours. We are extremely pleased with the product's performance and convenience and would recommend the product to those entertaining both small and large groups.

I was hosting a breakfast up in the canyon for 50 people and we needed a large capacity thermos dispenser for coffee for our guests. I needed something that didn't need to be plugged in as we had no power outlets in the mountains. This thing did the job! It looks nice and sleek, no issues with the dispenser, and it kept our coffee nice and hot until the last cup was gone. I'm excited to use this going forward for our annual Hot Chocolate party as well. Much easier than using a ladle and making a mess. I'm super impressed.

This was hands down the easiest Christmas party I've ever hosted! I had a large party , 40+ people and I made hot cocoa ahead of time, and it stayed perfectly warm the whole time. The digital display lets you monitor the temperature in real time and the stainless steel interior is a breeze to clean. I don't have to run back and forth to the kitchen anymore. Hot drinks poured in at night were still piping hot the next morning. This was money well spent!

Clean and professional, making it great for serving tea at gatherings or events. It feels well built and the large capacity makes it convenient when serving multiple people. Hot tea does stay warm, although in my experience it doesn’t keep it hot quite as long as the product description suggests. That said, it still holds temperature well for normal use and is perfectly fine for serving throughout a meal or event.

The container worked perfectly for hot chocolate. It kept the contents above 100 degrees for several hours outside in the single digits. Very pleased with the cost and quality!
