Piece of Garbage
I have a 3kg kitten and this broke within 24 hours - it just broke when he was sleeping on it and fell. Even if it didn't break, i would not recommend it: the metal rods are not attached to the wood in any way, you just insert them from both sides and hope that they don't slip out. The stairs have way better suction cups but they still fell a couple of times even though my cat has 0 interest in it and has not touched it. I am now in the process of returning the product and getting a refund. Don't waste your time and money. I ordered it from New Zealand, if you were like myself also looking for a window cat hammock, I recommend Buddy & Belle Window Perch that you can get from Petstock instead.

It’s cute that is for sure
My cat loves them! The suction power is okay, one of the stairs keeps falling off the window, but other than that the other ones stick great! They are super easy to build and my cat sleeps on it all day. She looks comfortable when sleeping on it as well.

It broke after an hour
So I had this installed for about an hour. My cat is 13 lbs and it seemed to be working great. The suction was great, and my cat was enjoying it. But then the wood split. I was really hopeful because it was made from wood so hopefully it would last, but I was extremely disappointed

Cat loves it
Our cat spends endless hours in it and the velcro holds up pretty well. We did eventually super glue the pegs in so just a heads up they do pop out pretty easily

Easy assembly, sketchy suction
Easy assembly and my cats love it. Only complaint is that the suction for the smaller steps comes loose after a few days so I’m always checking it.
