It's a vitamin! Minty.
Have only just started taking this multivitamin upon receiving the package and reckon it will take some time before I can comment on its efficacy. That said, putting the pill in my mouth gave my lips the same sensation as menthol does. Not a bad thing, though I wasn't expecting it and felt it worth noting. Pretty normal sized pill, larger than, say, an unbranded acetaminophen tablet, but still manageable. Didn't make me sick upon the first time taking it. The bottle was sealed separately and showed no signs of tampering, but the box lacked any safety seal which I thought was odd.

Always take a multi vitamin. Not sure if I notice any difference but I'll keep taking these.
