YOU NEED CLEAN WATER Love these. Great to have on hand at any time. Approved by the WHO organization for safety. I've done a lot of camping in the past and wish I had had these back then. We are getting 10 to 14in of snow this weekend and having these on hand has given me piece of mind. I dont know if it helps but if I feel I ate something bad or maybe a cold starting these seam to help take the edge of especially if you get food poisoning. Must mix for 10 minutes before letting sit for 30 minutes
The instructions in the item description do not match the instructions on the product, which state to mix the tablet in the water for 10 minutes BEFORE letting it sit for 30 minutes. It would have been nice to know that before I purchased them and needed to use one in South America. I hope Amazon can update the product description itself to be more clear.
