Final touch that keep bricks, cobblestone, steps and siding looking their best.
Wet & forget is one of my favorite products. We have brick walkways around the house, under massive water oaks. It goes down very fast, meaning you must walk the area first to set your pace, so you don’t put down too much. Then you switch the nozzle to rinse off any overspray on ferns and other ground cover. This happens as fast as you can walk. The only thing I don’t like is the way the nozzle works where the hose is connected to the bottle. It has on/off positions that are hard to see, and as you wave the spray nozzle around, it goes from off to on without you knowing it. Not good when gently rinsing off vegetation along the sidewalk.Their previous nozzle worked great. This one has a better spray head, but at the expense of losing control when rinsing.Nevertheless I’m giving it five stars because I am willing to fuss with it until they figure it out. There’s nothing else that saves so much time to get siding, porches, yard furniture, and cobblestones looking their best.

Great product
I have used this product for years. It is the best product for killing moss and mildew. I have used on my roof, sidewalk, and my siding. Just spray it on and watch it work. Super easy with the hose attachment. It works great.

Great stuff, bad price.
Took a while after application, but my roof and deck have cleared off the algae. Not dirt, but I didn't expect it to.You can get it at Costco for $22 as of 2025, so not a good deal online.

Works. Roof saver.
Worked for me getting moss off the roof. Sprayed the roof and the moss was dead in a couple days with just one bottle treatment. Sun dried it out and made it brittle. Wind and rain did remove some but mine was pretty built up. Scraped the rest off. Added life to the roof and saved hundreds not needing it professionally cleaned. Never would have been able to scrape off the living moss. Will use going forward as maintenance to prevent moss from growing back. Pics show stages from living moss to dead moss and then end result.

It works.
Absolutely the real deal. It truly is wet and forget. Works great on algae and especially moss. The hose end is great for shooting a roof.I wish more people knew about this product. Driving around I see moss and algae on homes that I know this would get rid of and it couldn’t be easier. Wet and forget! No scrubbing. No brushing. No power washing. I learned about it listening to Gary Sullivan. Shout out to Gary!

Clean the windows good
What’s good on the windows in the siding please keep it away from your plans after spraying. It will do some of my plants. They came back but it was hard. Good product but not good for plants.

Disappointed with Nozzle
I have been waiting to use this product with the new and “improved” nozzle. I was disappointed with the nozzle’s mechanics and performance not the product. To turn off and on the product the operator has to roll, or twist the nozzle from the off position through the positions of Water then to stop at the on position for the product to disperse. If you are doing this dry it works smoothly when there is pressure on the nozzle, and the nozzle and your hands are wet, it is difficult to turn this off or on smoothly or quickly. When the bottle is less than 1/3 full, the bottle wants to rotate resulting on you having to maintain control of the bottle also. The first time the bottle was getting low I wasted a considerable amount of product just trying to turn the nozzle off. The nozzle is attempting to twist around. The operator needs to be aware of where the nozzle is pointing when you are in this process. If the nozzle remains pointing at the application area, you are diluting the area where you are pointed. The opposite is, if you turn the nozzle away from your application area, the operator could be applying product to an area where you do not want it to be applied.I had excellent water pressure estimated to be 60-70 psi and was able to spray approximately 20-25’ horizontal. I was operating with a 1” hose. To make my job easier, the hose was tied off with a hose rope so there was no adverse pressure on the nozzle by the weight of the hose. This did make the job easier but simply turning the nozzle off and on was cumbersome and could not be done efficiently without wasting product. The solution I see would be to construct the nozzle with only a simple 90-degree twist either the product is on or off. I realize that you then do not have ready access to clear water through the nozzle, but the operator is able to apply to the area desired without delusion of product or spraying an area you do not want the product to be applied.

Great cleaning power with easy application
I used this on my house and after about 6 weeks the outside of my house was cleaned. The best part was the application. It was very easy. You just hook it up to your hose and the product sprays where you want it.
