When I tell you I’m sooo happy I found this amazing product. Perfect size for the money. The consistency of this has made my baking abilities increase dramatically. The taste of my creations made with this and my other treats has got my customers excited about their orders. Will be getting more flavors ASAP!!

I have previously purchased LorAnn raspberry and blueberry emulsion to flavor homemade yogurt and am happy with those products. I was disappointed with this purchase of the strawberry emulsion though. Unlike the other flavors, this contains beet juice and red dye #40. Unfortunately, the juice causes yogurt to curdle while incubating. So I wasted an entire batch since the description of the item made no mention of it containing juice. I didn’t notice the beet juice in the ingredients until I was trying to figure out why the batch didn’t set properly. The flavor was similar to their other products, candy like intensity if not used sparingly. Unfortunately, this item is not returnable.There was no mention of the beet juice and this variety was different from their other products. I would have thought that that met the definition of “inaccurate description” but it's considered a food product by Amazon. Anyway, this isn't my favorite product from the manufacturer due to the problem I encountered. But it will still work well in your baking or cand recipes.

They have changed the quality and its horrible now!! It was very good before I don't know why they changed it, its not the great strawberry flavor it was before. I only bought this one for the last 5 years and now I'm going to have to find another brand....ugh!!
