thin but suitable. mine have the same issues with wrinkles but I'm not to concerned about that as I am putting a rug over it. could see if you have pets, that they could tear up some from claws and such but just dropping stuff shouldn't be an issue. they were a little more than I wanted to pay, but cheaper than other options.

Pricey but worth it....
I definitely recommend these mats. I'm a classic klutz and my knees have received the brunt of my abuse. These mats are pricey for a 17" X 28" X .08", but I suppose your paying for quality. I have these mats on a linoleum floor. They do not slip at all and allow me to stand in comfort for longer periods. There was a smell and curled ends due to manufacturing and packaging. I turned them over and anchored them down for 3 days. The smell was gone and they now lie flat.

comfortable but pet hair sticks to it
cushiony and thick but everything sticks to it. I'm always vacuuming it because dog hair and any dirt from the floor loves to stick to the mat.
