Pill Box

Sometimes pressing the button to stop the alarm doesn't work. Also, the instructions aren't clear as to how to exactly clear the alarm programming. The device itself is very well-made. I like the fact that the pods come out of the housing frame.

We purchased 2 so we'd have a 2-week supply (purchased from another vendor). Twice/day 9am and 9pm. After two months, one has stopped working completely. After I put it into sleep mode, while we used the other unit, it turned itself back on and beeped at the correct time. Put it back into sleep mode and within hours, it started beeping. We pressed Next Alert to stop the beeping but the red light wouldn't turn off. I replaced batteries and now nothing works. Can't activate it, can't reset anything -- nothing. Yes, when it works, it's great. We're lucky the 2nd one is working fine (for now). We now have a very, very pricey simple pillbox. Company had no suggestions except ask us to send them a comprehensive video on how it's apparently just sitting there. 4 stars because it's not as simple as it's advertised but is a handy reminder. 1 star less because it's an expensive risk that might break down with no options for a fix.
