What does it measn by "Gentle" in the can's title?

I think it means small pieces, light on flavor perhaps, it has diced onions, and the beef is "minced" aka in US "ground". I am sure it will be lovely! Have it with mash, or chips/fries!

When will we get our money back? Customs seized the pies we order because it is illegal to import beef from the UK because of the mad cow disease.

Oh dear, you have to order them only from Amazon then, not just order them on Amazon, do not choose to have them from an importer, check out the seller and who ships them
