I have been using Neosynephrine nose spray my whole life. I started using it when I was a kid. I'm now 50 years old. I've had trouble with my nose stuffing up all my life. I have Vasomotor Rhinitis which is a non-allergy type of rhinitis that is linked to stress and anxiety which I've also had my whole life. One nostril it seems is always stuffed and then if I go to a different room with a different temperature or humidity level, the other one will stuff up. It's really frustrating and unfortunately, there is no cure. However, this stuff works great! It makes it more tolerable and I don't know what I'd do without it. It doesn't cause as much rebound stuffiness as the other nose sprays. It really helps me to sleep when my nose is stuffy which is just about every night. One squirt usually does the trick and clears it up enough to fall asleep. (Unless I have a cold, I don't usually spray it multiple times because then the rebound stuffiness can increase.) I highly recommend it if you have trouble with nasal stuffiness and this 3 pack is a great buy!

Really works well

Years ago (35 of them) I used to get horrible sinus infections. An ENT told me to buy this nose spray and ONLY use it when I felt a sinus infection beginning. (tender/tingling in my face) This is a miracle. It's not strong like Afrin so its use doesn't create a rebound effect. There's also a child's spray and I now use when I can find it. It's half strength. Great stuff. I do not recommend daily use but when I start to feel my sinuses clog, I spray my nose 3 times on each side, take real Sudafed and drink lots of water. Voila... sinuses open and drain. YIPPPEEEE
