Fun toy!
The media could not be loaded. My 10 year old loves this thing….one of his fav Christmas gifts. The arrow things make a little whistling sound and can light up so it’s fun at nighttime.

As an adult, this is the most fun toy I can think of
I have bought so many of these things. The only thing I don’t like is that tubing dries out and cracks really quickly other than that this is the best toy in the world playing with your kiddos and shooting things. It’s fabulous. I think everybody should have one of these.

fun for all ages
Father of three boys here. Ages, 15,12, and our surprise kiddo who is now 8. I picked this HyperStrike Dominator for him as he loves archery and nerf guns. I know the rating is ages 14+, but all my boys hunt and fish with me. He's pretty good with a .22 and 410 shot gun, so a nerf toy doesn't really worry me. Of course, he has been having a blast with this thing. To my amusement though, his older brothers are constantly sneaking into his room and borrowing it to pelt each other! I swear they play with it more than he does! I'm not sure that our youngest gotten it to shoot 200 feet yet, but that is more likely due to his shorter arms and lack of draw length. I've heard the two older boys yelp a little in surprise after getting pelted at full draw, so I have no doubt one of them could probably launch it across our little acre. The latest game we play involves one of the boys sitting at the end of the hall as the hunter. The other two leap across the hallway from bedroom to bedroom trying not to get shot. I must admit, I've hunted my children as well. It's just a well-built fun toy, and that isn't easy to find or declare these days.OK fun idea that very well get this review rejected... Get a few of these at the next family gathering and let the adults pick teams. May the odds be ever in your favor.

FUN!
This is a really fun bow and arrow set! The bow itself has rubber bands that have hooks that meet in the middle where the arrow goes. The arrow itself has two hooks that allow it to grasp on to both rubber bands, then the tail has a couple of notches which allow for gripping. Just pull it back and let it fly! The arrow has a built in whistle and a switch to make it glow blue. The bow itself also glows blue, but the batteries are not included. I was able to shoot about 20 yards at max with full pull back and angle.WHAT I LIKE-Easy to assemble and use. My young kids have no problem using it.-Glows blue for a cool effect-Arrows glow blue and have a whistle built in-Arrows have notches in the back that allow for an easy gripWHAT I DON'T LIKE- I only wish the rubbery bands were a bit more tough to shoot a bit farther.

One of the coolest bows on the market!
These are among the coolest foam bow sets on the market. Using a unique dual hook system they can launch a foam arrow almost a city block; perhaps farther! Yet the arrows are soft foam rubber, keeping everyone and everything truly safe. Just an amazing toy, and they either sell well or are made in small batches, as I have been trying to get one for some time now but they weren’t available til now. Glad I finally got it! It does come with 3 arrows and the bow has a small amount of assembly required, instructions in the box.

Perfect weapon for work!
Full disclosure--I don't normally get things from Vine I don't need. I've only done a handfull of Vine items, but this one caught my eye and I am a child at heart. Plus it didn't have any reviews. Here goes:Got it quickly, brought it to work (warehouse type setting, but education) and waited for an opportunity to shoot at a co-worker. I'm not sure if the whistles work everytime or if they need to break in as some seem to whistle and some don't. Or maybe David's just deaf as he didn't hear the first or second whistle past his head. The third one he heard and saw as it whizzed by his face. I do believe I could have drilled him from the 100' distance, but the darn things are going so fast, have a little mass to them--so I didn't want to actually hit anybody. Needless to say we both laughed our "donkeys" off, then shot at another guy so he could get in on the joy.Where I actually a good person, I would have one of my guys drill me with a dart so I could tell you how bad it hurts. . .OK, I'll go find out. Hmm. . .that was amusing. Had Raj drill me in the back with about 40% power from about 15-20' and it hurt a little. While he was gathering darts I shot one at him from about 150' and he had to duck out of the way. We laughed way to long and way to hard about it. I don't think getting hit with an arrow at full power would do any real damage, but it would likely leave a "mark."Is it fun? Yep. Is it accurate? Yep. Is it powerful? Yep. Old man me with this thing is barely trustworthy. Adolesent me? Not a chance. Still it will remain at work and pulled out every so often to create joy and chaos.I gave it 4 stars due to it's potential for problems. Remember Jarts? They were metal lawn darts and were quickly removed from the market. This thing is lots of fun but somebody is gonna get a eye poked IN! Also, I did a quick web search and found this exact thing (same brand and specs) for about half of what was stated on Amazon. Not sure if this review willl make the Vine guru's not like me, but they said they wanted honest reviews.Final thought--if you have a job that supports work place shenanigans, you're gonna want one of these to get back at the nerds with nerf guns!
