Is this a pack or just 1? If a pack how many are in it? Does the paper feel like cotton?

This is a package and their are 6 certificates in it. I don't think the paper is technically cotton, but it definitely is soft to the touch.

How can you reprint it? How can you add words in to it?

These certificates are not recommended for laser printers because of the embossed gold seal so there are no templates for this certificate. If I was going to set it up I would just play with a blank word doc until everything lined up the way you want it. Maybe copy the certificate onto plain white paper and start placing your needed information in the blank lines. Sorry I can not help more.

Is it possible to order 82 total for all our 5th graders? Please let me know how.-Thank you!!

Hello. Yes, these are sold in sets of 6, so you would just need to place an order for 14 of these packs right here on Amazon.
