I purchased these bands for physical therapy exercises and they work great since they are just like the ones that are used in my physical therapy sessions. They are durable and provide the same resistance that help me to build my muscles back. I highly recommend these bands for anyone who is in physical therapy.

I bought a set to help with physical therapy, and these have been great.

These bands are great to help strengthen your hips and lower back as well as increase your range of motion. My physical therapist recommended getting these and since using these everyday I have shown great improvement.

We got these primarily for my wife when we both decided that we wanted to start working out more at home. We were looking for something out that would be easy to store away and not take up a lot of room. I like that these came with a carrying pouch and didn't take up much space. We both like that they have the resistance printed on the bands so we don't have to consult a paper that says what they are, unlike my other resistance bands that the weights are only on the website. I use them for warming up before I use the higher resistance bands of mine. She likes them for lighter resistance for her workout. The quality of the material is not bad, although directly on skin, it does tend to hurt since it is rubbery.

We are caring for my elderly in-laws. They are both in their mid-90s and go to physical therapy three times a week. Part of their PT includes using resistance bands at the PT facility as well as at home. The therapist told us these are good quality bands. She says they are just as nice as the ones they distribute to patients. She told us that the markings on each band showing the resistance level is very helpful for my in-laws to quickly identify which band they should use. These were priced under $9 when I got them, and I thought that was an incredible value. At the time of this review, the selling price is just below $14 - still a good value for the quality, but not as great as when I initially got them.
