Works well, but tough to use
This yeast nutrient is nice in the sense that it is organic. It also does work well, but it is extremely tough to dissolve or mix into liquid. The feeding schedule is also kind of a pain!

I brew cysers and this is perfect.

I use this for meads primarily and it definitely helps keep fermentation going smoothly. I’ll likely look for a better deal elsewhere though.

Disappointing
Very touchy stuff. Dissolved in water first and then added slowly to wine must; still had foam over. Very aggravating. Will not use in the future.
