They’re great. Durable, look good, work great. The only possible negative I’ve found is the deflections can be a bit worse than with traditional flights. Would buy again.

Perfect for practice: Better to focus upon grip, throw, and follow-through without the incessant worry of blowing out or babying the flights or rods. Rather durable, too, and can withstand multiple bounce-outs upon hard flooring - still vulnerable to chipping, however, with heavy use. Can't beat the price, either. Customers' milage will vary.
