From my understanding this is supposed to be compatible with the VB99 battery pack and the DJI s3. Holds the battery pack with easy, but in the DJI s3, it is too bulky and will not allow the gimbal to spin freely. It is too heavy and gets caught on the gimbal base.But it holds great so far! I still do like it, I just have to carry the battery or us it on my tripod.

Highly recommend this for the Dji RS3. Still using it with my fxlion vmount battery

Ich konnte nur einmal diese V-Montage Plate ausprobieren, da ich selber kein Gimbal besitze. Bei einem Dreh hatte ich dann aber einen V-Mount Akku mit diesem Plate an einem RSC2-Gimbal montiert und alles hat gut geklappt. Der Akku ließ sich leicht anbringen und hielt sich fest am Plate. Die mitgelieferte V-Platte brauchte ich dafür nicht, da der Akku schon ein V-Anschluss hat ;)Die Konstruktion ist zwar gut, aber ein V-Mount Akku an einem Gimbal hat dann auch sein Gewicht. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich dann eine NP-F Adapterplatte mit einer 750 oder 970 Batterie verwenden. Die Neewer Plate soll mit den Batterieplatten von Smallrig und Tilta kompatibel sein.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung für die gute Qualität und die durchdachte Lösung mit Sicherungen und der Schnelllösung.

Die Idee der Platte ist super. An das RS 2 passt das Teil problemlos.Der Mechanismus verriegelt gut und sauber. Schön ist auch, dass man diverses Zubehör anschrauben kann, wobei eine zweite Schraube noch praktisch wäre.Problematisch wird es aber wohl bei größeren Akkus: Mein kleiner und flacher Akku ist schon groß genug das er grade so am Gimbal vorbei passt und das Gimbal sich grade noch sauber ausrichten und kalibrieren lässt. Bei größeren Akkus wird das Gimbal an seine (mechanischen) Einstellgrenzen kommen, wodurch ein sauberes kalibrieren nicht möglich wird.Alles in allem trotzdem praktisch, wenn auch mit der Einschränkung für größere Akkus / Zubehörteile.
