Very nice gardening tool set for toddlers. This item is sturdy, durable, and most certainly giftable. I purchased it for my 18-month old to help me in the garden because he is very active. However, I did not know it would be this nice. I'm saving it as a Christmas present and to use next spring. I did not expect the tools to be actually made of metal, I though they would be plastic. The tools are good quality for a child. The gloves are nice, too. The book was a cute little addition, as well. Most certainly recommend for your budding gardener!

I bought two of these garden set tools (red & pink) for my son and niece as birthday presents and I absolutely love the quality of the product. The color, the packaging, the entire set (came with gloves and a gardening book) are just perfect for introducing gardening to your little ones. My son loves to play with the tote bag and the watering can and I can’t wait for him to use it outside as soon as winter is over. I was expecting the tote bag and watering can to be a little bigger (so I could use it too...LOL) but then this was made for toddlers/kids. The rake, shovel, and trowel are very well made that adults can use it for regular gardening. At least I think so! A very good buy!

I purchased this set for my daughter's birthday in a couple of months. We spend A LOT of time in the garden and I thought she might love some tools of her own. The quality of this set is REALLY nice--the tools are nicer than some of the stuff I've gotten for me to use. They are sturdy and made of metal with good handles. One of my favorite things about this set is the awesome book that comes with it. So many times, the book is the after thought, but this one is really good. It is rhymey and has great pictures. I love this set and recommend it for anyone looking to get a sweet gift for a toddler or child!

I bought this as a gift for my goddaughter for Easter, and she seems to love it so far! The tools are made out of metal and very study. The watering can is plastic. The gloves are the perfect size for little hands and seem very durable as well as the carrying bag, and I loved that it came with a book that explains the wonders of gardening. I definitely would recommend this for toddlers who show an interest in helping out in the garden! Overall very happy with this purchase.

This is the perfect little gardening kit for my 2 year old daughter. She loves to help with any task and now she can help with gardening! My 1 star reduction was for the book. It's a cute book but it isn't completely true. I know gardening and growing can be a little above kids heads, but if you can't add truth to the book then leave that part out. Example.... the book says all plants come from seeds which isn't true. Ferns come from spores, various flowers come from tubers, etc. I know most plants come from seeds but I still didn't like the bending of the truth. Also, the book said weeds are bad. Weeds are just plants, what might be a weed to someone could be a regular, useful plant to another. I'm getting picky but it's my right to rate how I see fit :) Either way, I'd completely recommend this kit. The book is still cute, I'll just teach my daughter that it's not 100% correct.

My 5yo daughters school has a garden club and this set was absolutely perfect for her. She used it during the year and over the summer. She also took it with her to the farm. The edges are sharp but rounded to get the job done but not harm the child. The watering can fits in the middle, along with their apron and hat if you needed to add that. There are enough pockets around to hold all the tools, add a water bottle, and some seed packets if needed. Overall extremely useful. I may purchase one for our 2 yo son too!

This gardening set for kids is amazing. I got it for my 3 year old son to "help" me in the garden. I recently bought a new house and the landscaping is terrible so needless to say it has taken up a lot of my time. What better way to include my son on how to use the tools on how to garden. I was so surprised on this garden set that I got. I let him open it as a surprise gift that I had gotten him. Can I honestly say that I just wish that that the watering can was a little bigger because I would use it for myself. Metal blue tips and easy to handle. I would have thought plastic for kids but this set does not have any sharp edges, even on the spear tool. I love it and totally recommed it to anyone that would want their kids involved in outdoor activities.

Very happy with this. Well-made tools, obviously not as sturdy as adult tools, but great for little hands to have fun in dirt and sand and actually help out (instead of just "pretend helping") The book is great, and the carry bag is high quality. Very nice set.
