I have absolutely no complaints. This is day one but shipping was quick. Laptop was packaged safely and came in great condition. No scratches, dents, or signs of wear. Honestly it looks brand new. I did a diagnostic on the system and everything's great. Battery health is at 85% so its been used but thats to be expected. Specs match what was advertised. Performance seems to be great. Refurbisher did an awesome job. Now fingers 🤞🏻 that it continues to be as great as it is now. Would definitely recommend.

This is a honest and unpaid review. I purchased the Latitude 5430 with the i5-1245u, 16gb ram and 512 hard drive. The computer arrived in excellent condition so I set up and logged into windows. A few minutes later windows defender popped up with threats on the system. Possible virus and malware, so I wiped the system and reinstalled windows 11. Now everything runs great, windows is activated, and the the system is what was advertised. I will note that I do feel that this is a professionally refurbished system, with that being said I did notice that there is a skin on the top which was applied perfect. And the bottom of the computer was re-painted to match the factory color, it looks and feels perfect. The only reason I could tell that it was painted is because the screws and the rubber pads under the computer are painted. There is a Microsoft authorized refurbished sticker on the bottom along with new identification stickers. This even came with the genuine (used) dell charger. I looked up the service tag number and it does match the system. But it shows 256gb hard drive. This one has a 512gb drive so if I were to guess the previous company removed the drive for security reasons. And with that being said the refurbisher likely has a windows image that's used on all new drives for the eaise of setup. This image likely has something wrong with it, which would explain the few reviews that said something about a virus. I'm still giving a 5 star, because the safe way is to always wipe any used pre-owned systems and start fresh, so this was no big deal for me.

This product was advertised as "Refurbished Excellent" and to include a backlit keyboard. Not only does this product not support a backlit keyboard, as indicated by the lack of a backlit keyboard function on key F5), but the battery quality is at 49% of the full design capacity. Full Design Capacity: 58,003 mWh (Advertised "4-Cell 58Whr Battery") Full Charge Capacity: 28,698 mWh (less than 49% of Designed Capacity) Do not buy this laptop, best case scenario you will have to replace the battery to get good function out of an already under-performing laptop.

Looks and works great

not "excellent" but "good". Keyboard not backlit. Minor screen damage. One C port screwed up, and a lot of scuffs and scratches on outer shell. Everything else is fine and it's in good enough shape not to hassle with return, but I'm sure that's what they planned when it was listed this way. I won't buy from them again.

Works almost as if brand new! Only thing is the battery goes down faster than I'd like, but it's a refurbished item so I can't complain

I’ve had this laptop about a week. Happy with everything so far and the laptop is in excellent condition. There is 1 tiny cosmetic ding and everything else looks great! Received a nice charger and the battery life seems to be good too. Very pleased so far!

Trabaja bien y es rápida. No me gusta que no haya un instructivo formal para despejar dudas sobre su uso. No me gustó que traiga las ranuras para conexiones de impresoras, USB del lado derecho ya que el mouse inalámbrico también trabaja en ese lado. Siempre he tenido preferencia por la Marca Dell en las computadoras pero en esta ocasión sí he estado batalallando para mantener la página que estoy trabajando y no perderla cuando busco otra información y deseo volver a la página principal en la que estaba trabajando. Para empezar el tablero como viene de USA no tiene los botones visibles para la letra Ñ, acento, diéresis, etc aunque buscando donde están, sí las encuentras.

I was a little skeptical at first but when I got my computer I was blown away how immaculate and pristine it was. Brand new, works great, no complaints whatsoever. Very happy purchase and excellent deal.

Recién hoy Junio de 2026 compré esta laptop, cabe aclarar que en el título mencionan el procesador i5-1245U, pero en realidad no es el que llega, sino el i5-1235U, que a pesar de que en especificaciones sean similares no es el que ofrecen directamente en el título. De allí en fuera, la estética es buena, un 9 sin tema, detalles muy pequeños casi imperceptibles, le realice un par de tests manuales y otros como los que vienen en Microsoft Store y la verdad se ve bien en cuanto a rendimiento. El teclado es americano, no tengo ningún tema con eso, solo para que lo consideren. Le doy 4 estrellas solo porque no llega lo que ofrecen en el título, a ver cómo se desempeña los próximos meses.
