An Italian addition
What a delicious cheese. Creamy, melts great on pizza, ziti etc. This is my first purchase of "brick" cheese. I've always used provolone/mozzarella on most of my Italian dishes, now I have a great addition to my cheeses.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING job!! Ordered 5lb of Wisconsin Brick. I'm on the west coast, an Expat from Wisconsin, and when you need WI cheese, you NEED WI cheese, especially brick cheese! Fantastic cheese
might be on the pricy side but seeing as finding genuine brick cheese in my area is borderline nonexistent this has been incredible, once you try a slice nothing else really compares to it, especially if you use it in something like a lasagna or shred some up for homemade pizza, or heck even slicing some off and eating it plain, it's truly that great of a cheese.

Great cheese
Really great cheese. It arrived cool to touch and in this Florida heat that is a plus. I don’t usually order things in the warmer months that come in cool packs, but this just made it! My only criticism is that it is slightly on the salty side and that may just be me because I reduce salt where I can.

Perfect for Detroit style pizza
I wanted to try making Detroit style pizza and this cheese is what I read makes it authentic. The cheese arrived quickly and well packed and insulated with ice packs. And the pizza turned out perfect
