After watching a video about this, I was intrigued enough to order it and try it out. Honestly, I couldn't even remember the details that convinced me to get this (brain fog), so I didn't even know what effects to expect. Other than noticing my blue urine after a few days, I didn't notice any benefits till the following week. Wow, my foggy brain cleared up and I noticed how much energy I had without the jitteriness of caffeine. I've been taking 5 drops per day, 5 days per week and it seems my body/mind have gotten acclimated... not immune, but it doesn't feel like my source of energy/ clarity is artificially derived from a supplement... I just feel better and think so much more clearly.

This is the real stuff, no extra crap in it to make it taste sweet, just plain Methylene Blue. And yes your pee will be blue with this one.

I have tried consuming this product on three different occasions and I can without any doubt state taking this product causes me to have a raw sore throat and horrible heartburn. Three times I have tried this product and all three times the side effects are horrible. My throat gets inflamed with sores, my ears throb with pain, it feels like I always have to clear large amounts of phlegm, and the heartburn is uncomfortable. It is like my whole esophagus is raw because of this product. I even get an upset stomach which surprisingly helps me with a loss of appetite. I am right now recovering from the third and final attempt. Finally, after five days of taking just one drop I am just now beginning to feel a little bit better. I tried mixing this product both in water and in juice. Maybe it is product itself, maybe it is the maker, or maybe it is just me. I will never spend this kind of money and buy this product ever again. It may work and do wonders for the body and inflammation, but I will never find out for myself because all this suffering is not worth it.

The methylene blue itself is fine, but I don’t like the dropper. It does not come to a point and it’s not easy to aim when I’m trying to get it into my capsule.

Didn’t work

These have given me so much clean energy. It doesn't make me feel glittery, it just makes things easier. Walking up stairs seems easy. And it really helps with energy for my workout. It tastes terrible, but the benefit is worth it. Just make sure to mix it with a chilled liquid, it helps.

Tried 4 brands- this is the only real MB on Amazon! Get it.

Very very good product

It seems to work very well. Within a few weeks, I've noticed and improvement in my energy levels and brain fog. I do combine it with red light therapy.
