Beautifully explained
I've been struggling with some neck, shoulder and back issues. Just sitting and reading through the book gave me so much understanding of my issues that I could focus on stretching and working on corrective action

Book is nice but…
This is a really good book for learning yoga related anatomy and stretching. But see the condition of the book, how I got it. It had some liquid spillage on it, smells like a lotion. This is even after getting a replacement.

Don't waste your time and money.
It's good for beginners but not justified the price. One pose repeated many times. I don't satisfy with the product. It have only for basics excercise. And not return policy only replacement.

I liked it but I would recommend the paper version.
Buy the paper version, the Kindle one is good but you loose much information.

Excellent
Absolutely first class in every way. I’m training to be a pilates teacher and this book will be invaluable to include stretching exercises into my sessions. Fabulous colour coded diagrams with variations that are easy to understand. I was a bit indecisive which book to buy but really glad I chose this one .
