UPDATE::: after my initial review they finally responded and sent out another knob which worked great… had to do a few twist and turns wit the cord to keep it connected but it connected right away… the only issue i have honestly is the installation video tells you to use the wrong screws unfortunately other the that it’s good if you get a knob that works the first timeThe concept is decent but once i opened and installed it it didn’t work … i triee wit 8 different batteries app brand new and nothing …. I reached out to the store and they asked for proof of the batteries i sent they didn’t respond so a hour later i said hello they sent hello right back they don’t off to replace if it’s broken as well i had to go through Amazon to try to figure ir out and they issued a refund after that receive the doorknob

I have had this lock for a few weeks now and I have to say this is a great lock. Installing it was fairly easy. There are two things that I would note though.1. I see that some of the reviews state that there was an issue with battery life. What I found is the app is still running in the background after it has been closed. Fortunately my phone alerts me if an app is still running in the background after it's been closed. I can then force close the app from there. I would recommend users going to their settings and force close the app until the company fixes this app issue.2. Issues with the lock activating and deactivating on its own. One thing that I found is that when you put the battery pack on, there is a wire, that if aligned improperly, will press a small reset button on the chip in the handle. I believe a lot of users are running into that issue.Overall I have this paired with a eufy deadbolt and I am extremely happy with this purchase.

product has the most embarrassing set of instruction, ive changed many knobs before so it wasnt nessarly something that ive needed before but the knob had a cable in the middle and no directions as to how to place it so that it fits, the colum the runs in the middle connecting both sides was way to long and there are no dimensions mentiond about door width when i removed the colume the cable split in half since it had been pinched but there was no other way to run that dam cable even main door seemed to not be wide enough to make the plates on both side touch the door there was a huge gap

I bought this to change out with my bedroom knob because I needed to be able to lock it from both sides. Installation was very simple, and I was able to just do a quick "switcharoo" with the existing knob. The only thing I will say is that putting the cover back over the internal handle after adding batteries and plugging in the connector was a little tight, but not a deal breaker.I love that I can control from my phone, program many fingerprints, set an auto lock duration for after it has been opened, and that it also has manual keys in case of emergency/ battery death.So far so great!

Easy install. Fingerprint gets most of the readings right. About 8-10 is read easy.I hate t&t there is a hole with foam that is not sealed small but still.I am not wild I can't add another fingerprint. Even after deleting app and reinstall.Possibly it's a phone issue?You have to go into the app and select fingerprint we have tried other fingerprint to make sure it stays locked it only reads the correct one and unlocks.There is open feature and lock feature to use key.I want fingerprint only.Would buy again. So worth it other Than what I mentioned

After a small hiccup setting up the app and fingerprints I'm extremely happy with this.The included written instructions aren't very intuitive since they are likely machine translated to english as with most imported products like these but the VIDEO step by step installation was perfect. ****Watch it CAREFULLY**** Especially if you need to shift the direction of the handle. I got it the first time after watching it but I saw from reviews of similar locks that is a common mistake.My only issue came when I couldn't link it to the TTLock app at first. It kept saying "Operation Failed". It was frustrating until I simply pressed the reset button located on the end of the battery tray in the inner handle.Now it has been working flawlessly and I'm loving it.

I dont write many reviews but this time im fed up! This product is crap! Directions are garbage, the product itself looks great, but it feels cheap AF. The app to install on my iPone 13 was ez but for the app it didnt connect to the lock, the batteries died constantly within days of each other. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. I’d spend the money on something of better quality next time.

La Después de un mes de uso la cerradura empezó a no hacer buen contacto y no permite abrir la puerta. Me gustaría saber que puedo hacer pues compramos baterías AAA recargables. Favor dejarme saber si podemos devolver o cambiarla

El modelo y tamaño me gustó, Se ve muy bien colocada en la puerta , pero un día sentí caliente la base del lado donde se ponen las pilas y dejo de funcionar , ahora solo se habré con llave
