arrived broken and they won’t refund
Don’t buy this or any Gemini Jets products. This came broken. We didn’t realize it initially because it was a gift. The receiver unwrapped it from the wrapping paper but delayed taking it out of its original packaging because it is a collectible and they were waiting to find a good way to show it. When they removed it from the packaging the engine attached to the wing was completely broken off which didn’t show when in the box because it was beneath the view window. Now both this seller and Amazon refuse to refund because it is past the 30 day window (even though two Amazon reps said to trust them - after being on hold for an hour each time - that it would be refunded). I have been a very good long-term customer of both Gemini Jets and Amazon but apparently that doesn’t matter these days. Products and customer service has tanked, and I will buy elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. I would give this zero stars but that doesn’t seem to be an option. If it’s broke, Amazon and Gemini Jets won’t fix it.
