I ordered this as a gift for Christmas and She Loves it!! She uses this ice every single day and eats it ALOT!! I'm impressed with how fast it make ice. It's a little noisy but nothing I'd complain anytime soon about. The instructions are pretty straight forward. I Highly recommend!!

Great ice maker! Quieter than the humidifier! Our first one was noisier than it should have been- we think the condenser was faulty- sent it back and got the exact same model as a replacement- it works perfectly! Love it!

The negative is that this ice maker worked great for about a month, then stopped making ice and the add water light stayed on regardless of water level. The positive is that Amazon replaced it at no charge even though it was just out of the 30 day return window. so far the new one is working great, but it has only been a couple of weeks. The ice is a bit larger than restaurant nugget ice, more like pellet smoker wood size ice cubes. Also it tends to create and ice pyramid which causes the sensor to cut off ice production when the hopper is only about half full.

Love the ice maker! It is pretty compact. Spits out nice pebble ice pretty fast. Perfect for my small kitchen. So nice not going to the convenience store for ice! Great product.

Will produce nugget ice quickly as described. If placed in a corner it can be a little noisy but not as loud as other models we have purchased. Would recommend this unit over the $500-$800 units we have had in the past.

These beautiful little square pieces of crunchy goodness are simply the best. Switched from a bullet ice maker and wont look back! Another great aspect is the volume of ice it makes quickly. The other could never! Highly recommend this machine.

I love the size of the nugget ice. I just wish it kept the ice colder. You have to keep emptying the tray and get it into a paper bag (definitely keeps the ice from sticking together after it hard freezes in the freezer). We use the ice everyday. It runs very quiet. I would definitely recommend this ice maker.
