No good at all
It’s very runny and it tastes bad. I didn’t feel any different after taking it.I’ve been using other brand shilajt they are much thicker consistency and don’t taste bad also I can feel the difference when I take the other brands. I got tricked by the price. The 4 pack was cheaper than the other brands so went for it. Unfortunately this item is not returnable
